Bracelet Size Guide

Bracelet sizing — bangle, tennis bracelet and Cuban link bracelet worn together

A bracelet should move a little, never slide off or pinch. The secret is measuring your wrist correctly, then adding room for the fit you like.

How to measure your wrist

  • Wrap a flexible tape (or a strip of paper) around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where a bracelet naturally sits.
  • Keep it snug against the skin, not tight. Note the measurement in inches.
  • Add room for your preferred fit using the chart.

Bracelet size chart (link & tennis bracelets)

Your Wrist Snug Fit (+½″) Comfort Fit (+1″) Loose Fit (+1½″)
5.5 in 6 in 6.5 in 7 in

6.5 in 7 in 7.5 in 8 in
7 in 7.5 in 8 in 8.5 in

  • Most people wear the comfort fit. Tennis bracelets are usually worn at comfort fit; chunky Cuban link bracelets feel better with a little extra room — when in doubt, size up.
  • Between sizes? Choose based on the bracelet: thin and light → smaller; thick and heavy → larger.

Bangles are different

Bangles have no clasp, so they must pass over your hand. Tuck your thumb into your palm, measure around the widest part of your hand (across the knuckles), or match the inside diameter of a bangle you own:

Bangle Size Inside Diameter Hand Circumference
Small 2¼ in (57 mm) up to 7¼ in
Medium 2½ in (64 mm) up to 7¾ in
Large 2¾ in (70 mm) up to 8¼ in
X-Large 3 in (76 mm) up to 8¾ in
